Amsterdam-based sustainability consultancy firm Bluespar has issued a briefing on the updates to the EU Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD) under Omnibus I.
It also sets out five considerations for companies that no longer fall within in the scope of the CSDDD requirements.
