Following a recommendation of the EFRAG Administrative Board, as provided for in the EFRAG Internal Rules, the EFRAG General Assembly has appointed Kristian Koktvedgaard as Acting Chair of the EFRAG Sustainability Reporting Board (EFRAG SRB) with immediate effect.
