The European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) has published a consultation paper with proposed revisions to certain EU Taxonomy disclosure requirements.
It stated: “The paper focuses on revising the [KPI] on Operational Expenditures (OpEx), the possible voluntary use by financial undertakings of the OpEx KPI, group reporting issues, and further simplifications to templates and disclosures.”
ESMA will hold a public hearing to present the proposals to stakeholders on 22 July.
The public consultation is open until 12 August, alongside parallel consultations by other EU Supervisory Authorities. ESMA will deliver its final technical advice on the revised Taxonomy reporting requirements to the European Commission by the end of October.
