The European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) has published a report on 2025 corporate reporting enforcement and supervision within EU countries.
The report provides an overview of the enforcement activities that ESMA and other regulatory authorities have carried out over companies’ financial, sustainability and digital disclosures. It also offers recommendations for how issuers can improve their future disclosures.
