The European Commission is developing guidelines to support the implementation of the Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD).
To inform the development of the guidelines, the EU body has launched a public consultation to collect evidence and assess the needs of different stakeholder groups.
The questionnaire-based consultation is open until 24 July. The final guidelines are expected to be adopted in the irst quarter of 2027.
