GRI has provided an update on its project to draft pollution standards covering air and soil emissions, noise, light and odour, and critical incidents.
Draft standards are being developed by a multi-stakeholder working group, which build on certain disclosures in GRI’s emissions reporting standard (GRI 305).
GRI announced that it will consult on the draft pollution standards early in 2026 and publish the final standards in mid-2027.
