The International Finance Corporation (IFC) – a private sector development institution within the World Bank Group - has published guidance for companies on collecting and disclosing human capital data, in partnership with the government of Luxembourg.
The IFC's guidance identifies legal and regulatory requirements on human capital disclosures, highlights relevant reporting standards and frameworks, and provides recommendations for collecting and reporting human capital data.
