The International Organisation of Employers (IOE), supported by the EU, has issued guidance for companies of all sizes on how to implement human rights due diligence for responsible business conduct.
Based on engagements with the IOE’s member organisations, the guide sets out the practical steps companies can teak to align with international frameworks, namely the UNGPs, the OECD MNE Guidelines and the ILO MNE Declaration.
