Francesco Capalbo, Georgina Muchai and Heather Taylor have been appointed as new members of the International Public Sector Accounting Standards Board (IPSASB), with their terms beginning on 1 January 2027.
Current board members Angela Ryan and Yacouba Traore have also been reappointed.
IPSASB chair Thomas Müller-Marqués Berger stated: “Bringing together strong public sector expertise and perspectives from different jurisdictions is fundamental to the IPSASB’s work.”
“Their contributions will support the IPSASB as we respond to evolving public sector reporting needs and strengthen our focus on supporting the implementation of our standards around the world,” he added.
