Kerstin Lopatta was formally appointed as the new chair of the EFRAG Sustainability Reporting Board (EFRAG SRB) for a term of three years, at the EFRAG General Assembly meeting yesterday (13 April).
Lopatta stated: “My priority will be to ensure that the ESRS deliver meaningful, decision-useful information while supporting companies in their implementation journey.”
