Only 20% companies preparing to report under the CSRD are confident they will be able to disclose information on their workforces at an assurance-ready standard, according to a PwC survey of 438 executives and senior managers that are responsible for the Human Resources (HR) function within their organisations.
In addition, only 18% respondents said they are extremely confident to report on all the material disclosures in ESRS S1, and three quarters are yet to complete a gap analysis or fully draft their workforce disclosures.
