Ropes & Gray outlines EU countries' positions on CSRD omnibus proposals

Boston-based law firm Ropes & Gray has updated its CSRD Transposition Tracker, highlighting the progress EU member states have made in transposing the directive into national law.

In addition, the latest edition of the Tracker highlights the positions that 16 countries have taken in relation to the European Commission’s proposed omnibus package to simplify the CSRD.

According to the Tracker, the respective governments of Germany, Spain, Ireland, the Netherlands, Poland, Croatia, Latvia, Estonia and Slovakia have all stated their support for the proposed simplifications.
