Schneider Electric Advisory Services has published a guide to the draft Climate Corporate Data Accountability Act which was approved by the New York State Senate in February.
The guide sets out the scope and timeline of the drafr law, as well as the reporting and assurance requirements it would introduce for companies operating in the state.
