This year, 72% S&P 500 companies included AI as a material risk in their Form 10-K filings, up from 12% in 2023, according to a study by the Conference Board and ESGAUGE.
The study found that 38% companies reported on AI-related reputational risks, while 20% reported on cybersecurity risks posed by AI.
