Simon Braaksma, global head of sustainability at Philips, has been appointed as vice-chair of EFRAG's Sustainability Reporting Board (SRB).
The EFRAG General assembly also appointed Henrik Munck and Johan Rippe to the Administrative Board, and confirmed Georg Lanfermann as Administrative Board vice-president.
In addition, Benoît Jaspar's term as Administrative Board president has been extended to the end of the year, and Brunno Maradei has been appointed as a new member of EFRAG's Sustainability Reporting Technical Expert Group.
