Sue Lloyd has been reappointed as ISSB vicechair, with her second four-year term starting on 1 March 2026.
In addition, board member Elizabeth Seeger has been reappointed for a five-year term, and board member Hiroshi Komori has been reappointed on a one-year term.
Michael Jantzi and Tae-Young Paik will both step down from their roles as ISSB members when their terms end on 30 September, as the ISSB transitions from 14 members to 10 members over the next three years.
Paik will serve as senior advisor to the ISSB chair Emmanuel Faber for one year.
