The White & Case Public Company Advisory Group has published its fourth annual survey of ESG disclosures which reviewed the proxy statements and annual reports filed with the SEC by 50 companies in the Fortune 100. Of the 100 SEC filings reviewed, 89 increased their environmental disclosures in 2022, whereas only 35 had increased their environmental disclosures in 2021.
