The UK Financial Reporting Council (FRC) has released two new factsheets to support the application of FRS 102 (The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland).
The first factsheet sets out the options available for presenting the financial statements in line with FRS 102. The second provides guidance on going concern assessments at small companies and micro-entities.
