UK FRC position paper on transition to new regulator

The UK Financial Reporting Council (FRC) published a position paper outlining the necessary steps for the UK Government to complete its audit and corporate governance reforms, which include replacing the FRC with the newly created Audit, Reporting and Governance Authority (ARGA).
