The UK Financial Reporting Council (FRC) has published guidance on reporting under the updated UK Stewardship Code – a set of principles on effective stewardship and transparency for asset owners and asset managers.
The FRC guidance offers recommendations on information organisations may wish to disclose help explain their approach to stewardship.
