Nearly two-thirds (63%) of UK businesses say problems with their carbon data have contributed to a business opportunity being lost or delayed, according to a survey of 500 decision-makers commissioned by carbon accounting firms Zevero.
Most (57%) of those opportunities were worth over £1m, while 40% of the opportunities that respondents pursued last year required credible carbon data.
